Baidu Smart 小程序 emphasizes the registration rules, developers are strictly prohibited to squat

In this process, Baidu has brought a large amount of user traffic to these smart 小程序 with its powerful search portal advantage, and a large number of developers are also entering the market because of this feature. In order to regulate the development of the market, Baidu Intelligent 小程序 announced the naming convention and explained the relevant rules in detail:

1. Baidu Smart 小程序 name must not contain explicit, obscene, violent blood, drugs, terror and violation of the illegal content prohibited by national laws and regulations and infringement of the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Baidu Smart 小程序 name is not allowed to use a wide range of 沈阳小程序 design

3.百度智能小程序均不得使用与百度相关的名称，包括手机百度、百度地图、百度金融、百度贴吧、百度百科、百度游戏等包含“百度”得所有相关业务词语。

4.百度智能小程序命名建议：尽量选择由地域名、品牌词或核心关键词能够表明自身业务范围的名称组成，沈阳xx泰国餐厅、上海xx教育机构。

百度智能小程序方面表示，智能小程序有严格且规范的名称注册规则，对涉及“恶意抢注”等违规行为的开发者，已通过站内信进行通知，对于一直尚未调整的智能小程序将予以下线并强制改名。

此外，百度智能小程序还开通了投诉通道。如果开发者发现自己的企业商标、组织名称等出现被侵权的情况，可通过smartprogram_support@baidu.com发起投诉，平台核实后将对侵权智能小程序进行惩处。

业内人士对此表示，注册名规则的公布是百度智能小程序维护开发者权益，保证用户体验，打造健康生态的重要一步。但这也给开发者提了个醒，应及早注册自己的智能小程序名称，以免后续出现不必要的纠纷。
