字节跳动推“啄木鸟举报平台”小程序 旨在保障用户合法权益

宣布推出“啄木鸟举报平台”小程序，据介绍，“啄木鸟举报平台”将能够为用户提供字节跳动系产品内发生的疑似违法违规行为和信息举报服务，除此之外，未来还会为用户提供作弊手法解析、安全教育等多种服务，成为保障用户合法权益的安全服务平台。

目前该小程序已经在今日头条平台正式上线，支持字节跳动旗下今日头条、西瓜视频、抖音以及火山APP用户提交举报信息。如果用户在使用字节跳动系产品时发现了违法违规行为或信息，可以在今日头条上打开“啄木鸟举报平台”小程序，进入“啄木鸟举报平台”首页，点击“我要举报”按钮进行举报。

“啄木鸟举报平台”支持被举报的行为或信息类别非常丰富，目前已经覆盖的类别有色情淫秽、网络诈骗、非法贩卖、网络赌博、网络传销、暴恐涉政等有害内容信息、账号以及行为。

选择举报类别之后，针对对应的违法违规信息或行为类别，输入“举报人基本信息”和“举报信息”。其中，“举报人基本信息”是非必填项目，字节跳动官方表示，考虑到一些情形需要和当地公安进行联合打击，所以希望用户在提交举报信息时也可以提供一些信息。同时，字节跳动也表示，用户可以不用担心有风险，所有用户信息都会被严格保密。
